The Talon Theatre prepares for their new play. Their play will be showing this fall.

This year, they will be performing a play called “The Matchmaker.” “The Matchmaker” is a romantic comedy movie from 1958 which was also a Broadway production in 1964 called “Hello Dolly!” “Hello, Dolly!” was also a featured film in 1969.

“The Matchmaker” is about a widow named Dolly Levi,  the matchmaker. She assists a rich man to pair his niece with another man. However, she later found herself in love with the man she is trying to help.

The auditions for The Matchmaker happened on September 6th in the band room.

This performance is something to look forward to around the fall season. It should be a fun and exciting experience for friends and family.
