I think that C.H.A.N.G.E really benefits the student community in particular because it gives people an opportunity to have conversations that they might not normally have… it gives people the opportunity to be able to connect with others.

I am on the JV cheer team this year and it has been a good way to make new friends. I was nervous that I would not meet anyone but I am grateful that we are practicing in person during this hard time so that I can be part of the community.
I hope project Speak Up! grows even more as a mental health resource at SM, as it is something I have worked hard at. I am proud to be in the beginning years of this program.

In the Red Cross Club we organize semester blood drives on campus that students, parents, teachers, or anyone else in the SMCHS community can participate in, we bring awareness to the need for blood in our community and the importance of health.
