Perla Shaheen, Copy Editor
I’m the senior Copy Editor and this is my third year being a reporter for The Eagle Eye newspaper. I spend the majority of my time writing and reading good books, alongside being on the courts playing volleyball. I also hope to continue my work as a journalist in college. As a reporter, I live by this quote from the Blessed Mother Teresa: “Jesus said, ‘I am the truth’; and it is your duty and mine to speak the truth. Then it is up to the person who hears it whether to accept it or reject it.”
