“Hi my name is Tori Hogan and I’m a junior at SM. I’m involved in the cheer team and Link Crew at the school. I have loved being able to gain leadership through being on the cheer team. I was captain my sophomore year and I am part of the leadership team this year, and I have learned a lot about leadership through these roles. Cheer has also provided me with a whole new family. I have made so many connections and so many friends from being on the team. I am so grateful for the opportunities that have come from the cheer experience. I also love Link Crew because I am able to be that fresh face for incoming new students and I help them get involved and have an amazing experience at SM like I have. Being part of Link Crew in such a crazy year, I feel like it is really important to make the new students feel special and welcomed. I’m so happy that I’m able to do that for them.”
