“I wanted to be part of ASB because I really wanted to get involved in the school and it’s interesting to see the background of events that students can participate in and I really enjoy being the catalyst behind getting people involved and making people feel included. I think overall I can make SM a better place by just including my own perspective and outlook on different facets of things and kind of incorporating my own diversity and characteristics onto campus whether it’s through the dance team, MUN, or ASB. Just through getting involved in any way I can and incorporating myself into the student atmosphere. I think with this year, we are going to have to go through a lot of changes and it’s definitely going to be really different from other years, so my goal this year is to make it as spirited and as fun as possible, even if we have to make some changes.”
