“My favorite quote is ‘Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out’ by Robert Collier. I have been a baptized and practicing Catholic since a very young age. However, during high school was when I truly started to understand my faith and the importance it had in my life. I joined Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Ladera Ranch my freshman year, and that parish has truly become my home. I sing at 5 o’clock youth mass on Sunday Nights, and I am a middle school youth leader as well as a Conformation leader. At school, leading retreats and attending retreats has been the best way for me to connect with my faith. Most recently, I attended September Kairos which was so moving and impactful, I cant wait to lead one in the new year!
At SM, I am involved in a lot of activities ranging from sports to leadership roles. Choir is one of my favorite activities to participate in at SM. I have been an active member in chambers choir since sophomore year. ASB has also become one of my favorite things during my time at SM. Last year, I served as Spirit Commissioner where I planned and carried out all spirit weeks and rallied. This year, I am Special Events Commissioner where I have to plan all the dances. I am also the captain of JV Gold Golf with Collette Wagner! Besides these things I am also a link crew leader, student ambassador, and student administrator.
My favorite teachers at SM have to be my ASB teachers Ms. Sayles and Mr. Darwazeh, this is because they always make it known to me that they are proud of me and all my time and dedication to the school.
In my free time I love to: sing, hang out with my family, go to bible study, go to the beach with my friends, and sleep… which I should do more often. I also love to practice playing my electric guitar and piano. My favorite color is pink, my favorite food is Italian, my dream school is TCU, my future major is communications, and my dream career is a singer or an HR manager!”
