“When I first transferred into SMCHS, I didn’t really know anyone at the school and was really nervous the first day of football practice. Right when I walked in, all the guys started asking how I was doing and making sure everything was alright. The football family brought me in and helped me really adapt to the school, which I am still thankful for. Those guys are like my brothers, I know that they will be there for me if I need them and that I will be there for them if they need it, and for that I’m forever grateful. Through early morning workouts and super late nights, they are there with me every step of the way, and that really makes a bond seen in very few places. There is no group of guys I would rather play with, and I am just honored to be able to call them my teammates.”
