“To know that my senior year is over earlier than expected is really heartbreaking. I have been looking forward to many last events with my friends and classmates for a long time and to know that I might not get the chance to experience those things makes me very sad. I walked out of school on that last Friday, March 13, with no realization that it was my last time being a senior at SMCHS. I would love just one more week to say goodbye to my classmates and teachers and experience a normal ending to senior year.”

If I could have one day back at SMCHS, I would make it the best day that I could. I would go see all of the teachers that have helped me throughout my four years and thank them for everything they have done for me. I would cherish every moment I have in every one of my classes and just enjoy the time with my classmates. I would probably buy one last cookie from the lunch shelter and value my last lunch with my friends.”

“I hope that we can get one last day to be with our classmates and continue to make amazing memories together. This quarantine has allowed me time to reflect on the memories I have made with my friends and I know when this all ends the class of 2020 will cherish every moment.”
