“I am very involved at SM. I am the captain of the Girls’ Varsity Tennis Team, ASB Vice President, NHS President, a broadcast journalist, a Peer Minister, and a Link Crew Leader. Peer Ministry has helped me develop fellowship with an awesome group of Peer Ministers. Our deep class discussions and planning masses have bonded us. Although tennis is an individual sport, I have learned so much about teamwork. Every person plays a pivotal role in the match, and everyone has a job to do on the court. As captain, I have learned that having a positive and motivated attitude changes the entire attitude of the team. My favorite part about ASB is knowing the ins and outs of Santa Margarita. I love playing a valuable role in planning student activities. Also, I love spending quality time with the people in ASB and our activities directors!”
