Challenge yourself in a fun way when you are feeling stressed.

Here are 4 viral internet challenges that we decided to try out, each one having their own objective — and now we challenge you!

 

 

Cinnamon Challenge

What you need: spoons, cinnamon and milk

Directions: Put a spoon full of cinnamon in your mouth and try to swallow it. If you cannot swallow it and end up spitting it all over the table, drink milk as a recovery. DON’T drink water. You’ll make the same mistake we did and die.

Cotton Ball Challenge

What you need: cotton balls, ladle or big spoon, big bowl, plate and blindfold

Directions: Put the cotton balls in the big bowl. Use the blindfold to cover one person’s eyes. Then, he or she scoops the cotton balls from the bowl to the plate that is placed over their head. Good luck, it’s harder than it seems.

Chubby Bunny Challenge

What you need:  bag of marshmallows, paper towels/napkins

Directions: Put one marshmallow in your mouth. Say “Chubby bunny.” Then repeat until the marshmallows come pouring out of your mouth.

“What’s in my hands?” Challenge

What you need: Random items to place in your partner’s hands, napkins and/or wipes in case things get messy

Directions: Place the item in your friend’s hand and he/she has to guess what it is! When picking out items, pick items with texture that may be common or similar to other items so that it’s hard for them to guess. Liquids or gooey foods are fun (because we usually just eat peanut butter, not use it as moisturizer for our hands).
