In years past, people like Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Olivia Rodrigo and more have won many awards. This year people were shocked and happy with most of the awards given.
Before the actual event, all the celebrities go on the red carpet for interviews and showcasing all their stylish and creative outfits they wear. Most celebrities take pictures and their outfits get showcased all over social media.
This year many artist were nominated for awards like Billie Eilish, Beyonce, Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, and more. Some of the categories were album of the year, song of the year, and record of the year.
For Album of the Year, Taylor Swift, Chappell Roan, Billie Eilish, Jacob Collier, Charli xcx, Sabrina Carpenter, André 3000, and Beyonce.
Beyonce’s album “Cowboy Carter” won it all and this album was a mix of pop and country music. However, many people disagreed and had different opinions about this. People thought that Beyonce did not deserve it, but Beyonce’s followers were beyond happy.
For record of the year, Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” won against many other famous records. He won against “Fortnight” by Taylor Swift, “Birds of a Feather” by Billie Eilish, “Texas Hold ‘Em” by Beyonce, and more records.
Many people agreed with this because Kendrick Lamar winning because he is talented and has favorable music. However, others disagreed with this because people do not like the record and liked the other ones instead.

All these songs were hits in the music industry this year. However, “Not Like Us” by Kendrick Lamar won song of the year and record of the year. This song was a hit worldwide and it is a diss track about Drake. This song has been on platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, and Youtube.
The Grammy’s this year was a surprise worldwide. People were either thrilled with who got awards or were very upset with the outcome. Some opinions are that Billie Eilish and Taylor Swift should have won an award.
Billie Eilish has had many hits and she did not win any Grammys, even though her song “Birds of a Feather” has gotten really popular. Taylor Swift has won Grammys before, but this year none of her songs were able to compete with all the other ones.
